Dr. Kahmilah Adu and her family are currently calling Maryland their home; she has a son who is a bundle of joy and excitement.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Andrews University, then went on to Ross University School of Medicine, plus completed her fourth year of clinical training at Cornell University.
Dr. Adu primarily sees small animals like dogs and cats but has also had the opportunity to work with large and exotic animals. She had an internship at Potawatomi Zoo, where she helped with daily routines and husbandry, which included animal diet preparation and participated in animal training and enrichment.
She was also a safari guide and conservation educator at the Six Flags Wild Safar, where she helped with conservation education.
Dr.Adu is excited to get to know more about you and your pet and help answer any questions you may have!
